As an IIT aspirant or a Maths teacher, one chapter that initially repelled and later on attracted me most was P&C (permutation and combination). As my experience grew with Maths teacher, I realized that it was the most badly taught chapter in my student's days. In this blog  I am presenting some basic ideas, and in subsequent blogs I will keep adding.
